• Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta and our transactions are processed securely by Secure Hosting and all payment placed are secure using 128 bit encryption, secure "Gold Padlock". We also accept payments using the Paypal payment gateway

• Shipping And Handling - When will you despatch my order?
  
  Unlike many internet companies, we have our own warehouse and we stock many of the items we sell. We will try to despatch stock items the same day. Unfortunatly due to shipping costs we can only ship the the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scotish Highlands. All other locations may be subjuet to additional shipping charges, details can be obtained by calling us with details of your order and shipping location.

• Delivery Schedule - We will endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2-5 business days.

• Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and dispatch it as soon as it comes into stock, or we will where necessary substitute a part with an equal quality and comparable item, this only applies to Hozelock Micro Irrigation products.

• Tax Charges - Easy Watering are a VAT registered company and a VAT invoice will be issues for your order, all prices stated include VAT at 17.5%, our VAT number is 874 7403 00.

• Credit Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

• Guarantee - We guarantee your satisfaction and all of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
  
  With regards to faulty products we will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and work within their process to fix or exchange the products under their warranty terms and conditions. The total liability of the sale of contract is limited to the monies paid by the buyer and we cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or special loss.

• Returns Policy - We want you to be completely delighted with any purchase from Easy watering and we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Upon delivery please inspect the goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any damaged or defects. If you are not completely satisfied then simply return the products to us in the original condition and packaging in a re-saleable condition and we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund the shipping cost for goods returned to us that are not damaged.
  
  If you need to return any goods then please email us at info@easywatering.co.uk to obtain a returns number (RMA), and we will endeavor to refund money within 7 days.

• Remittance Terms - All goods paid for by cheque will be shipped 5 days after we receive your payment.
